The new doggie Gracie is no longer ours...

Due to a few unwarranted and unwelcome attacks on Sweetie we regrettably sent Gracie back to the shelter. We were upset as she was great with the kids, but Sweetie is our baby too and we didn't like her getting hurt.
However, I think the people at the animal shelter should not have let me take her as they knew she wasn't totally dog friendly. So now we are on the lookout for a new doggie and have our eye on one. A gorgeous little 5 month old Maltese just like Sweetie. Hopefully we get her when she is released from the compulsory hold for her owners to get her back in a time limit. If they don't claim her we are second on the list.

Apart from that, we are in quarantine again due to tummy lurgies (still!) and snotty noses. Very frustrating. Could be worse though - we could have gone to the museum as planned today and had to turn around after Ethan's tummy troubles hit.
It could be that he was too hot at the cricket yesterday (which he loved!).
