The skirt that tortures me :o

Well here is the skirt that I have finally finished with the material that I had to have. Not to keen on it any more and am thinking I may let it go because it is so not me!!! LOL However, I did learn how to do a zip on it, I learnt what stitching in the ditch means (and I can't tell you the word I used whilst doing it, let's just say it rhymes! ;) ) and I learnt how to do a blind hem which I may be able to use to fix Ashie's first dress which I'm have trouble with the hem.
Anyway, girls, be brutally honest - do I ditch the skirt or keep it?

Must apologise for the photo, kodak won't let me put it in to edit it and now you all can see my messy house which occurs whilst sewing and the kids run riot!! Thanks Ethan for the photo

I think it looks great!! TBH, I would not wear it... but then I do not wear anything other than jeans, and if I really have to, black slacks. The minister on our wedding day actually said that he was amazed that I was in a dress... lol.

But I do think that it looks amazing!!

Very nice! You had absolutely nothing to be worried about the last time... it is gorgeous. I am like Sharon, I don't wear skirts much but this is beautiful.

It is a great skirt, it is maybe a bit daring and bright for your usual style of clothing, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing!
Give yourself the chance to warm up to it, it looks beautiful on you!

And messy house...
We know that one! Pictures cannot capture the creative re-decoration our little one produces...
