2 outfits today :)
Here is a couple of photo's of the new outfits for my girls. The first is of Aurora in her Cherry dress I made from a Lizzy McGuire pattern. I bought this fabric months ago and thankfully have managed to use it. Even though it is cut in a size 3 width it is still a tad wide but not very noticeable so I'll leave it. The only thing I'm going to do with it now is add a red and white chequered ribbon between the ruffles and on either side of them to break up the layers.

The next is of Ashlen in her favourite colour purple outfit!
I made these shorts from some left over cord that I made my niece a pair of pants from. The top and the trim on the shorts were from a hand-me-down dress. The dress was a size 8 and not a style that would suit my girls when they did eventually grow in to it in however many years so I thought I would use it for Ashlen's outfit. The trim on the shorts were actually from the straps of the dress. The top is the same as the outfit I made for Aurora below - a little halter neck with shirring on the back. The pants I made were from Angel's size 1 easy pant version, just cut shorter!!
I'm really pleased with this outfit, it's suits her perfectly I think!

Well done Julie, they both look fantastic.
Julie, both outfits look great. Love the cherry material and the band really makes the shorts purple seem very vibrant
I love the cherry dress - so pretty, and the shorts look great too. Purple is my favourite colour, especially a rich purple like that.
